Changes made:
The format has to be top-down and effects have to be made out of props or objects, as well as capping the maximum time for the animation at 3 minutes. The format and effects change has been made to give me more specific parameters for my project, whilst also providing a basic idea of what my animation will be. The timing was a minor change just to make sure the animation doesn't drag on and cause viewers to lose interest.

How the brief will be met
To meet the brief, there are several things I will do. One is to use a small portable camera, such as a GoPro, to create the top-down format. The genre I will most likely make will be a comedy, which can be met easily by making a humorous video-game stylized fight. The general target audience does mean that the violence will have to be toned down, as content that is too violent will come up with legal issues. Making it a form of duel can make it meet the two character limit.
Skills Needed
The idea that I have in mind will oriented around people and objects as the material. When working with actors you need to make sure they have a clear idea on what they are doing, so communication skills are important, making sure that all instructions are clear and precise. The planning will also need to be to the best degree possible so that the actors are available when required. The planning will be also important so that all equipment and props needed are there on the shoot so that everything can go ahead without a hitch, especially all the effects (physical and particle) are going to be real props. Furthermore, setting up the camera is going to be a challenge too, as it will be required to be placed high up, as well as level and in the same place each time. Finally, as per an good stop-motion animation, I will need to have a high attention to detail, so that each frame runs smoothly together and doesn't end up the opposite, with all images being noted so that I can keep track of who is where and when.
